Return Policy

We do not accept returns of puppies once they have left our premises. The new owner has 5 business days to have the puppy seen by their vet in order to determine any genetic issues. If issues are found, the new owner may request a full refund. Paperwork from the vet will be needed to validate any refund requests. Refunds will be given upon approval and receipt of the paperwork.

DNK does not sell any of its customer's personal information. All information gathered is done securely with the sole purpose of accepting deposits and scheduling services.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dog Nes Kennels LLC. Please read the following carefully before engaging
with our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.

Breeding Standards:
We adhere to high breeding standards and selectively breed dogs that meet our breeding
criteria. Our goal is to breed healthy dogs to produce healthy puppies.

Reservation and Payment:
To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the
unlikely event that we cannot provide a puppy from the litter you reserved. We accept
payments via cash, credit/debit, and square.

Puppy Care:
We take great care of our puppies and ensure that they are socialized and exposed to
different environments and stimuli. However, we cannot be held responsible for any
behavioral or health issues that arise due to the environment the puppy is exposed to after
leaving our premises.

Refunds and Returns:
We do not offer refunds or returns for puppies once they have left our premises.

Shipping:
We do not offer shipping services. If you are unable to pick up your puppy in person, we
can recommend reliable pet transport services for you.

Contract:
All buyers must sign a contract before taking ownership of a puppy. The contract outlines
the responsibilities of the buyer and the breeder, health status, and return policies.

Disputes:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration
in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without
prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes
made to these terms and conditions.
